Our Glacier Dew Vodka Won an Award
Glacier Dew Vodka has been awarded a Silver Medal from the Beverage Testing Institute, and we couldn’t be more proud of how this spirit continues to represent what we care about most — authentic ingredients, thoughtful process, and a strong sense of place.
The inspiration for Glacier Dew goes back more than a century to Josephine Doody, a resourceful moonshiner who operated from her homestead in Glacier National Park until 1928. Her independent spirit and commitment to craft still influence how we approach distilling today.
Glacier Dew is made from a seasonal blend of locally sourced grain and fruit, fermented in wooden vats, then triple distilled and charcoal filtered to create a clean, smooth vodka that lets the quality of the ingredients show through. Distilling vodka is a technical process that takes patience, relying on careful temperature control and multiple distillation runs to achieve clarity and balance without stripping away all character.
Judges noted its smooth, creamy texture with subtle hints of coconut and vanilla. It’s crisp, approachable, and versatile whether you prefer it neat, on the rocks, or in a cocktail.
Like everything we make, Glacier Dew is shaped by the natural elements around us — including the pristine glacial water of Northwest Montana. No artificial flavors, no shortcuts, just honest ingredients and a process we believe in.
