Planning a trip to Glacier National Park? Come visit Glacier Distilling Company and experience Montana’s most adventurous spirits—crafted, aged, and bottled right here in Coram.
From the moment you step into our tasting room, you’ll be just feet from where it all happens. Watch our team in action on the production floor and bottling line while you sample from over 35 handcrafted spirits—each made with real ingredients from wild huckleberries, Flathead cherries, and locally grown Montana grains.
Open seven days a week for tasting flights, cocktails, and bottle sales—no reservations required. So close to the source, you can taste it.
Our first still "Brutus" is a 400L Kothe Pot still, installed 2010. We use Brutus primarily for distillating specialy spirits and fruit brandies.
We use a variety of oak barrels for aging, ranging from new charred 15 gallon barrels from Minnesota to second use bourbon barrels from Kentucky.
"Goose" is a 1000L Specific Mechanical pot still with 5 plate side column and custom gin/absinthe basket, installed 2020.
The pot on "Goose" is steam heated for quick and accurate temperature control.
"Isabelle" is a 500L Chalvignac-Prulho alembic still imported from France in 2014.
We use cypruss wood open fermenters for our rye whiskey mashes.
The Tasting Room looks directly into the production floor of the distillery. You can see all the stills in action while you sample our spirits.
All our spirits are avaiable for sampling and purchase in the Tasting Room.

No spirits served after 8pm, to abide by Montana law.
Montana law allows us to serve a maximum of 2 ounces of distilled spirits per person, per day for consumption in the tasting room. (Must be 21+). Each person is allowed to purchase up to 4.5 liters per day for off site consumption.
