Glacier Dew

Vodka

Proof: 40% Alc. by Vol. (80 Proof)

After more than a decade of moonshining from her homestead in Glacier National Park, Josephine Doody was forced to shut down her still in 1928. Keeping in her tradition, Glacier Dew is distilled from a seasonal mix of local grain and fruit fermented in wooden vats, triple distilled, and charcoal filtered for a smooth, clean spirit that showcases the pristine glacial water of northwest Montana.

Sizes: 750ml, 375ml, 50ml

Distillers Notes

Distilling Vodka is a process that relies on alcohol boiling at a lower temperature than water. To create a clean, smooth vodka on a small scale, the mash must be heated and distilled multiple times, which is a technical process that requires patience. The end result is a crisp, nearly flavorless vodka with just a whisper of sweetness, likely from the fruit, and no distracting aromas or tastes.
