Release #2 – Barrel #23-0255
Aged 4 years in new American oak barrels before spending 6 months finishing in a sherry cask, this rye whiskey balances bold rye spice with notes of dried cherry, orange peel, fig, toasted walnut, and dark cocoa. The sherry finish softens the whiskey’s peppery character while adding a rich finish.The Blue Label series is limited and never repeated.

Release #1 – Barrel #21-0180
Selected by the Kalispell Daybreak Rotary Club and bottled as a fundraising release. Warm rye spice and toasted grain lead the nose, layered with orange peel, vanilla, and a hint of baking cocoa. The palate is bold yet balanced, finishing long with cracked pepper, oak sweetness, and a clean, warming rye bite.
