An intense cherry experience. Over fifteen pounds of cherries packed into each bottle. Red cherries from Flathead Lake distilled, barrel-aged and blended with cherry juice to add a touch of sweetness. Great as a spritzer, in sodas or even over ice cream.

Distillers Notes
We take cherries from Flathead Lake, press them, ferment the juice into cherry wine, and then distill it to create a Montana cherry brandy. After aging in used wine barrels for about two years, we sweeten the spirit with cherry concentrate and sugar. The result is very cherry intense, featuring dark cherries with hints of dried fruit.

A few cocktail suggestions that we can’t get enough of.
In a juice mason:
Muddle wedge of orange and lime in bottom of glass
Add Ice
1 oz Daughter of the Sun
6 drops orange bitters
Top with lemon-lime soda
Glacier Sunrise
In a shaker:
2 oz Bad Rock Rye
.5 oz Daughter of the Sun
6 drops orange bitters
Ice
Shake and strain into rocks or martini glass
Garnish with a cherry and an orange twist
Old Montanan
In a shaker:
1 oz Daughter of the Sun
2 oz Orange juice
4 basil leaves, rolled and sliced
Ice
Shake and dump into juice mason
Top with ginger ale and a float of Little Cottonwood
