This liqueur begins as our barrel-aged grappa, which we gently sweeten with local honey. The honey’s influence is immediately noticeable, blending with subtle green grape flavors and a touch of oak from the barrel. A delicate floral aroma graces the nose, adding a light, perfumed quality. Because we use real honey, some settling may occur—just give it a quick shake to bring everything back into balance.
