Little Cottonwood Cocktails

Alpenglow

In a shaker:
Squeeze one big wedge of grapefruit
1 ½ oz. Little Cottonwood
Ice
Shake hard and strain into martini glass
Top with 1 drop cardamom bitters
Garnish with spanked basil

Northern Lights

In a rocks glass:
Add ice
½ oz. Trail of the Cedars Absinthe, swirling to coat ice and inside of glass
1 oz. Glacier Distilling Gin
Top with grapefruit soda (we use San Pellegrino)
Add a float of Little Cottonwood liqueur
Garnish with fresh lemon

Fisherman's Direct

In a shaker:
1 oz. Daughter of the Sun
2 oz. orange juice
4 basil leaves, rolled and sliced
Ice
Shake and dump into juice mason
Top with ginger ale and a float of Little Cottonwood

Rise & Shine

In a juice mason:
1 oz. Glacier Dew
Fresh lemon wedge, squeezed
Ice
Top with orange-carrot juice (we use R.W. Knudsen), leaving about one inch below the rim
Add ginger beer and a float of Little Cottonwood
Garnish with lemon wheel
