Grappa Bellini

In a shaker:
1 oz. Glacier Distilling Grappa
1 oz. peach puree
½ oz. honey simple
Shake and strain into martini glass
Add sparkling soda to just below glass rim
Garnish with lemon balm

Old Thymer

In a shaker:
1 oz. Glacier Distilling Grappa
½ oz. thyme simple
Ice
Shake and dump into rocks glass
Top with grapefruit juice
Garnish with sprig of fresh thyme and fresh lime wedge
