Bad Rock Cocktails

Bad Rock Peach

In a shaker:
Muddle two slices of a peach
Add 1 oz. Bad Rock
Add 3/4 oz. rosemary maple simple syrup
Squeeze one lemon wedge into shaker – toss wedge in trash
Add ice
Shake and pour into rocks glass
Add more ice if necessary
Add a sprinkle of smoked sea salt

Old Montanan

In a shaker:
2 oz. Bad Rock Rye
1/2 oz. Daughter of the Sun
6 drops orange bitters
Ice
Shake and strain into rocks or martini glass
Garnish with a cherry and an orange twist

Sazerac

Chill rocks glass and set aside

In a shaker:
Make a “quick” simple in the bottom, stirring a small scoop of brown sugar with a small splash of water
Add 1 1/2 oz. Bad Rock Rye
3 drops aromatic bitters
Scoop of Ice
Shake and strain into chilled glass with Trail of the Cedars Absinthe rinse
Garnish with lemon twist
